How to meditate on sight while moving

The following technique can be practiced while you are moving for example, walking, running, or riding transportation. It is much easier to practice this technique while you are moving slowly, e.g. walking rather than driving a car.
Basic
  1. Be aware that sights are changing as you are moving.
  2. When a new object begins to appear from behind another object, be aware of it. e.g. a house that is (partially or fully) hidden behind another house starts to emerge in your sight.
After getting familiar with the basic technique, you can try advanced techniques.

Advanced technique 1
When a new object has appeared from behind another object, be aware of it. e.g. a house that was hidden behind another house has emerged in your sight.
Advanced technique 2
When an object begins to disappear into behind another object, be aware of it. For example, a house starts to disappear behind another house in your sight.

Advanced technique 3
When an object has disappeared into behind another object, be aware of it. For example, a house has disappeared behind another house and is no longer visible in your sight.

Advanced technique 4
Do the basic practice and advanced 1 practice at the same time.

Advanced technique 5
Do the basic practice, advanced practice 1 and advanced practice 2 at the same time.

Advanced technique 6
Do the basic practice, advanced practice 1, advanced practice 2 and 3 at the same time.

Optional technique
You can expand your awareness to one or more of the followings: your breath, your body posture, your feeling, your thought or other experiences.
